Literacy and Numeracy

We believe the foundation to a good education rests in highly effective literacy and numeracy learning.

From classroom leveled libraries to a leveled literacy resource center, teachers will have access to many resources in order to meet the learning needs of children in their classes.

  • Our Learning Commons is a place for students to enjoy books.
  • A bank of math manipulatives will be on hand, ready for student use in enhancing understanding of math learner outcomes.
  • Literacy and numeracy will be integrated into all areas of the curriculum so that learning is seamless and meaningful for all our students.
